Balance Gym Foggy Bottom is a small pool built into a hotel. The pool is only 20 yards long with two lanes, ranging from 3 to 4 feet in depth, which is quite small compared to other swimming facilities. However, it is a great salt water pool for those who want to get some exercise and don’t mind a smaller setup. The pool is a perfect temperature as well with a very clean facility built around it.
The staff at the Balance Gym Foggy Bottom is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to assist visitors with any questions or concerns they may have. There is also always a lifeguard on duty. The downside to this pool is that it is quite small and has only two lanes. Therefore, it can get crowded quickly, I would recommend calling in advance if you want to swim to make sure there are lanes available. Additionally, the day pass is expensive, costing $30, which is high compared to other swimming facilities in the area.
